Luc is a senior executive with veritable success in the luxury industry with a specialization in watches and jewelry.
With over 30 years of experience, he has held top management positions since the age of 26 such as Deputy CEO at Tag Heuer, President of H.Stern Jewelers, CEO of Hermès Watches and President & CEO of Ralph Lauren Watches & Jewelry. In addition, Luc is an entrepreneur who is passionate about business development and value creation with a proven ability in achieving desired outcomes through adverse business climates. He is an innovative thinker with broad-based management experience in family-owned/controlled as well as publicly traded companies.
With a wealth of experience developing international markets on six continents, his areas of expertise include but are not limited to Brand Strategy, Acquisitions & Integration, Growing Revenue and Profit, LMBO/IPO, Change & Operations Management, Wholesaling and Retailing.
NARESH KRISHNA

With an academic background in Engineering and Management and professional consulting experience in the tech industry in Europe, Naresh brings a fresh outsider’s perspective to Luxury brand consulting.
Since the company's inception, Naresh has actively engaged in all the key client projects and travelled extensively in the region to build a strong network of retail and distribution partners across the Middle-East, Africa and India regions.
Today, Naresh serves a key function within Luxury Solutions as Principal where he leads Luxury Solutions' overall business and commercial development, brand distribution strategy and manages key client relations.
Taylor Elizabeth
Strategy and Engagement
Taylor has gained extensive experience developing and cultivating international relationships, delivering targeted results and communicating with senior management, foreign governments and the leaders in the international business arena.
Over a decade of experience in higher education, management and consulting combined with her extensive personal and professional international experience has given her the ideal combination of cultural sensitivity, management and leadership skills. She has worked in more than 20 countries and reported to senior leadership including the Board of Trustees, advisory councils, members of the press, Foreign Dignitaries and Heads of State.
